Kaylee joins us from U of M Health West, where she excelled as a patient service representative. Her experience in a client-focused role has honed her exceptional interpersonal skills and her ability to handle complex situations with ease and professionalism.

As the middle child of five, Kaylee has developed a strong sense of family and teamwork. She enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and playing pickleball in her free time. Kaylee’s friendly and approachable nature, combined with her dedication to providing outstanding service, makes her a perfect fit for our team.
