Curtis is the Director of Research at DAE Capital Advisors. Curtis joined DAE Capital in 2018 with over a decade of investment experience across various financial institutions. He began his career as an analyst at JP Morgan in New York City before moving to Hong Kong in 2010 where he worked as a trader, analyst and co-portfolio manager for Nine Masts Capital, a Hong Kong based hedge fund with over $1B of assets. After starting a family and re-locating to Singapore, Curtis joined Starlight Capital Group, a hedge fund focused on quantitative investing in the Asian consumer and technology sectors before it was acquired in 2018.
Curtis graduated from Rhodes College in Memphis, TN in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in International Business. He is conversant in Mandarin Chinese and serves on the Evangelism Committee at Byron Center Protestant Reformed church.
